Abstract

Abstract:This work entitled "Right to defense against the Ecuadorian public administration, during the period April / August 2016", was born with the aim of analyzing and understanding the right of resistance, with main attention to the constitutional rights that are violated or violated by the servants of the public administration, according to the provisions of Article 98 of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, applying the methods of observation, descriptive, analytical, synthetic, and statistical using the surveys applied to different lawyers in free exercise professional who have exercised the right to resistance before rights violated by the servants of the public administration in the province of Tungurahua. The present investigation has been of great importance to achieve contextualize the right of resistance.
