dc.description	Resumen: En la presente investigación se presenta el análisis de la mezcla asfáltica en caliente proveniente de la planta asfáltica del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal de Loja, durante el período 24 de noviembre al 13 de diciembre. Se analizó las muestras obtenidas de la producción de la mezcla asfáltica en caliente fabricado para la aplicación en obras en la ciudad muestras que son sometidas a ensayos de laboratorio que se realizaron dentro del Laboratorio de la Planta de producción de la institución y en el Laboratorio de Asfaltos de la Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja, con lo que se evaluó la calidad de la mezcla asfáltica producida con la aplicación de las Normas Ecuatorianas, normas ASTM y las "ESPECIFICACIONES GENERALES PARA LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DE CAMINOS Y PUENTES" del MTOP para la elaboración de mezcla asfáltica caliente. Del análisis de la mezcla asfáltica se concluye que la mezcla corresponde para tráfico pesado y se propone alternativas que pueden mejorar el proceso de producción para incrementar el rendimiento, optimización de los recursos tanto humano como de materia prima y equipos con los que cuenta el GAD Municipal de Loja.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract:In this research is the analysis of asphalt mixture hot coming from the asphalt plant of the Autonomous decentralized Municipal Government of Loja, during the period 24 November to 13 December. It was analyzed the samples obtained from the production of the asphalt mixture hot manufactured for application in the city works samples which are subject to laboratory tests that were carried out within the laboratory of the plant's production of the institution and in the laboratory of asphalt of the Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja, with what was evaluated the quality of the produced asphalt mixture with the application of the Ecuadorian standards, standards ASTM and the "SPECIFICATIONS GENERAL FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF ROADS AND BRIDGES of the MTOP for the preparation of hot asphalt mixture. Analysis of asphalt mixture, it is concluded that mix corresponds to heavy traffic and proposes alternatives that they can improve the production process to increase performance, optimization of resources both human as raw material and equipment boasts the Municipal GAD of Loja.	es_ES
