| Abstract: | Abstract:It can be understood that the crime scene is the place where it is presumed that a crime has occurred, in which an investigation has to be carried out, several situations, places, positions can be presented, in which the alleged murderer goes to leave his victim when he has finished with his life, the mental state in which he finds himself influences a lot in his act can torture, make his victim suffer, assassinate him slowly. With the analysis of these or more circumstances, the police procedures are put into practice, in order to detect what were the causes of the death of the victim, in what state the victim was found at the time of his death. When the police agent arrives at the scene of the crime, it is essential that he or she handle procedures in order not to obstruct the state of the crime scene, to know how to handle each type of scenario in which the victim will meet, and based on his knowledge, to be able to find the causes of death and to direct the investigation in order to find the culprit. |
| Description: | Se puede entender que la escena del crimen, es el lugar en donde se presume que ha ocurrido un delito, en el cual se tiene que realizar una investigación, se pueden presentar varias situaciones, lugares, posiciones, en las cuales el presunto asesino va a dejar a su víctima cuando haya terminado con su vida, el estado mental en el que se encuentre influye mucho en su actuar puede torturar, hacer sufrir a su víctima, asesinarlo lentamente. Con el análisis de estas o más circunstancias se ponen en práctica los procedimientos policiales, para poder detectar cuáles fueron las causas de la muerte de la víctima, en qué estado se encontró la víctima al momento de su muerte. Cuando el agente policial llega a la escena del crimen, es primordial que maneje procedimientos con el fin no entorpecer el estado de la escena del crimen, saber cómo manejar cada tipo de escenario en los que la víctima se va a encontrar, y en base a sus conocimientos, poder encontrar las causas de la muerte y encaminar la investigación con el fin de encontrar al culpable |
