Abstract

Abstract:Corporate Social Responsibility is an area of great relevance for the corporate and business world, which pretends a sustainable development in every organization taking in account the social, economic and environmental fields. This tool could be used as a competitive advantage for the environment corporate. In Ecuador the PyMEs would be important because there are a basic organizational unit that generates employment and productivity, that’s why is fundamental the social, economic and environmental development. For this reason the PyMEs should be analyzed, so they could become a socially responsible organizations that contribute to the sustainable development as well as big organizations that have Social Responsibility plan implemented Currently, Corporate Social Responsibility in Ecuador is not very common, there are companies that have been working on it for some years and others organizations that apply it without knowledge without taking in account relevant aspects for the implementation. This research work proposes to analyze the Corporative Social Responsibility in Imporfiltro, in Quito city. This analysis and the results will allow to establish a possible management model with strategies that integrate social, economic and environmental solutions.
