dc.description	Resumen: La presente investigación realizada está enfocada a diseñar el Sistema de Gestión Ambiental bajo los requisitos de la Norma Internacional ISO 14001:2015 para la empresa EMBARFRU S.A., con la ayuda de sus autoridades y personal, que deseen ofrecer un mejor servicio a sus clientes siendo este amigable con el medio ambiente. Para esto se utilizó diversas metodologías como: entrevistas al personal y visitas en situ. Todo esto aporto de manera significativa a la recopilación de información necesaria para realizar la Revisión Ambiental Inicial (RAI). Una vez realizada el RAI e identificados los impactos ambientales significativos, se procedió a realizar el diseño del SGA, con apoyo de la alta dirección, la cual está comprometida a brindar el mejor servicio y al mismo tiempo impulsar el cuidado del medio ambiente. Para diseñar el SGA se siguió la norma ISO 14001:2015 adaptándola a las circunstancias de la organización, se diseñó un formato que en el encabezado lleva el logo de la organización, el nombre del documento, un código, la fecha, la paginación, la versión, el nombre de quien realiza, revisa y aprueba.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract:The present investigation is focused on designing the Environmental Management System under the requirements of the International Standard ISO 14001: 2015 for the company EMBARFRU SA, with the help of its authorities and staff, who wish to offer a better service to their clients, being this environmentally friendly. For this, various methodologies were used, such as: interviews with staff and on-site visits. All this contributed in a significant way to the collection of information necessary to carry out the Initial Environmental Review (RAI). Once the RAI was completed and the significant environmental impacts were identified, the design of the EMS was carried out, with the support of senior management, which is committed to providing the best service and at the same time promoting the care of the environment. To design the EMS, the ISO 14001: 2015 standard was adapted to the circumstances of the organization, a format was designed that in the header bears the logo of the organization, the name of the document, a code, the date, the page, the version, the name of who performs, reviews and approves.	es_ES
