dc.description	Resumen: En el presente trabajo de investigación se realizó el análisis histórico de los conflictos armados internos en Colombia, logrando determinar los orígenes del conflicto, su extensión temporal, la propagación de la violencia generada por la devoción política y el surgimiento de los grupos guerrilleros. El análisis del Acuerdo de Paz entre el Gobierno de Colombia y las FARC-EP, permitió comprender la evolución del tratado; y los distintos mecanismos jurídicos dispuestos para llevar a cabo su implementación. Por ultimo la investigación realizada de la Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz, demuestro los rasgos afines que este órgano de jurisdiccional comparte con las directrices de la justicia restaurativa.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract:An historical analysis of the internal armed conflicts of Colombia was carried out in the present research work, succeeding in determinating the origins of the conflict, its temporal extension, the propagation of the violence generated because of the political devotion, and the emergence of the guerrilla groups. The analysis of the Peace Agreement between the Colombias government and FARC-EP allowed to understand the evolution of the treatment and the distinct juridical mechanisms disposed to carry out its implementation. Finally, the research of the Special Jurisdiction for Peace, showed the related traits that this jurisdictional organ shares with the guidelines of the restorative justice.	es_ES
