Abstract

Abstract:The present titling work aims to analyze and evaluate the current situation in which the Municipal GAD of Zamora is find through an architectural framework, this information will serve as base to be able determine her level of maturity through a model of architectural maturity, and subsequently propose a business management model that allows the organization to execute the transition towards a next level of maturity. TOGAF is a business architecture framework, account with a Architectural Development Method which is conformed by different phases in which they develop deliverables and artifacts that serve to be able to collect information and know the current status of an organization. The Business Architecture Maturity model account different levels and statements that serve to measure and determine the level of maturity in which an organization is located. In base to the results it is posed a business management model for the Municipal GAD of Zamora that allows to upload of maturity level of and in this way be more efficient when it comes to providing a product or service.
