Análisis del perfil emprendedor de la mujer ecuatoriana. Caso Valencia, 2018.

Abstract

Abstract:The economic and financial crisis in which Spain has been for years has drastically punished the families of Ecuadorian migrants, leading to the incorporation of women into the labor market, seeking an opportunity to work, through alternatives such as entrepreneurship or self-employment. The objective of the research is to analyze the entrepreneurial profile of Ecuadorian women in the Valencian Community in 2018. In this way, through a descriptive analysis and using primary techniques such as survey and secondary as a documentary review, the impulse and rethinking of Ecuadorian women to generate income through productive entrepreneurship. The study reveals that the majority of women entrepreneurs have a high school education level and many of them have dependents of their own as their parents and children and have undertaken because of the need to create a source of income and previous experience. Businesses mostly correspond to the hospitality sector, such as bars and restaurants that offer typical Ecuadorian cuisine, the opening of businesses is due to the tourist conditions of Valencia.
