Abstract

Abstract:The sector to be analyzed Santa Mariana De Jesús Avenue, Sector El Churo located in a high risk area due to its irregular topography, is seen within a delicate context, the place has advantages such as the green-natural of the place, it has a wide range of flora and fauna, which under correct criteria will be enhanced and exploited in a landscape and urbanistic manner. Exact methodologies will be used to acquire data on the population, housing, infrastructure, services, ecosystems and viable systems, to observe how the sector works in relation to the city center. The project aims to create a master plan, which meets all the needs of the population and the sector, the natural will have a major theme in the intervention “GREEN INFRASTRUC-TURE”, as an objective to create ecosystems, containing a network of services that improve the quality of life, as well as the integration of the city center, with the sector in Av. Sta. Mariana de Jesús, and its parks.
