Abstract:This research work aims to raise awareness that the legal professional should prepare to coexist with information technology and communication in a harmonious and productive, it is suggested the use of a computerized judicial process management system that allows interaction between the lawyer and the sponsored one. Currently there are facilities for access to technology mainly for costs, so a smartphone or a tablet is available in the market for less than one hundred dollars, the cost of access to mobile Internet at values of twenty-five dollars a month, a system of Online Judicial Litigation Management is always available on the phone, tablet or computer can be of great support, for the lawyer as for their sponsored, keeping the information organized and timely, monitoring and detailed communication, leaving a virtual library of the cause judicial. Some alternatives of this type of systems are shown, at reasonable costs. The interest of professionals exists but the lack of knowledge, distrust and in many cases the lack of vision means that these potentialities are not used.
