| dc.description | Resumen: El presente trabajo se encuentra enmarcado en el análisis del perfil emprendedor artesanal de la ciudad de Zamora, siendo un proceso que permite identificar las principales características, competencias y falencias que afectan directamente al desarrollo artesanal de las personas que habitan en esta ciudad. Para el desarrollo del presente trabajo se utilizó el tipo de investigación descriptiva, con el método inductivo y analítico, los resultados obtenidos son de carácter cuantitativo, los mismos que fueron recabados mediante la aplicación de una encuesta a 18 personas pertenecientes al Gremio de Mecánicos Afines de Zamora. Con los resultados obtenidos se evidenció que los artesanos de la ciudad de Zamora son personas que cuentan con características y competencias propias de un emprendedor, sin embargo aspectos como la falta de financiamiento y capacitación, entre otros, son obstáculos para expandir sus emprendimientos actuales. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract:The present work is based in the analysis of the artisanal entrepreneurial profile of Zamora city, this process allows to identify the main characteristics, competences and shortcomings that affect directly to artisanal development of the people who live in the city of Zamora. For the following research has been used the Descriptive research, with the inductive and analytical method, the results obtained are quantitative, these results were obtained with the application of a survey to 18 people who belong to Zamora Mechanics‘Guild. The results allowed us to show that the Zamora artisans are people who have the characteristics and competences of an entrepreneur, but the lack of financing, the lack of training are aspects that prevent the expansion of their current ventures. | es_ES |
