Abstract:The present investigation was developed with the purpose of analyzing the administrative, accounting and financial system of the non-financial associations of the Popular and Solidarity Economy of the province of Pichincha, Sector 2, year 2018. The research was of an empirical nature using the research of field, since to collect information directly in the facilities of the assigned associations, through the application of a survey that allowed to diagnose the management carried out in these associations. In this way, it was determined that the management carried out has not given optimal results to the organizations, because the management is carried out in an empirical way and they have not provided a strategic direction that that are a fundamental part of the project. growth of associations. Regarding the accounting field, these associations do not rely on the instruments created by the SEPS, such as the Sole Account Catalog and / or the Simplified Accounting Standard for non-financial sector organizations of the EPS, not obliged to keep accounts, since they do not carry a adequate record of the development of their economic activities.
