dc.description	Resumen: Esta investigación tiene como objetivo verificar y analizar la problemática existente en lo referente a la justicia indígena como un postulado, que no puede operar de manera aislada, sino que requiere que sus procedimientos sean tratados de manera pormenorizada, con ello evitando la vulneración de derechos humanos protegidos en la Constitución de la República del Ecuador y Tratados Internacionales, proponiendo la cooperación entre la justicia indígena y ordinaria, en base a la comunicación e interacción que debe existir entre las mismas, cumpliendo de esa manera la categoría de justicia intercultural. La presente tesis contiene un estudio conceptual, jurídico y doctrinario, que, por medio de la aplicación de técnicas y procedimiento metodológicos pertinentes, fundamentaron la necesidad de plantear un proyecto de ley, encaminado a regular los procedimientos, así como la imposición de sanciones en la justicia indígena.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract:The purpose of this research is to verify and analyze the existing problems in relation to indigenous justice as a postulate, which can not operate in isolation, but it requires that its procedures be treated in a detailed manner, thereby avoiding the violation of human rights protected in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador and International Treaties, proposing cooperation between indigenous and ordinary justice, based on the communication and interaction that must exist between them, thus fulfilling the category of intercultural justice. This thesis contains a conceptual, legal and doctrinal study, which, through the application of pertinent methodological techniques and procedures, based the need to propose a law project, aimed at regulating the procedures, as well as the imposition of sanctions in the indigenous justice.	es_ES
