Los conflictos en las comunas del Cantón Loja: El uso de la mediación como mecanismo alternativo de gestión de conflictos

Abstract

Abstract:The following research is about a recognition of different conflict types that the communes of the canton of Loja have by this time; so, we will identify the impact caused by these through the communes in order to contrast the ideas, values or interests between two or more people, capable of creating a social change or a violent dispute. The communes are local subdivisions, these ones are characterized by the recognition of their legal status, their cultural diversity, the internal administration as well as the way of solving conflicts, which are the key points inside the coexistence between population. That s why the purpose of this research is to validate the use of mediation as an alternative mechanism which can treat the conflict management in these communes. The main reason is to know that if this mediation has been used as a management tool through the controversies. This work has a social and cultural importance along with an investigative approach, so the development will allow to analyze, recognize and manage all kind of giving problems.
