Abstract: The right to property is an ancient right, which has evolved in response to social changes. Therefore, it is essential to address real rights, their typology and classification, to understand what were the legal bases that have allowed the application and development of intellectual and industrial property, also establishing the value and importance they have for contemporary business . Unfortunately, it is not until 1998 that the first Intellectual Property Law is created, so that later the Code of the Social Economy of Knowledge, Creativity and Innovation is established, which prescribes that intellectual property includes copyright and related rights, industrial property and plant varieties. Likewise, we will address the forms of capital increase or increase, and their relationship with intellectual and industrial property, essential for the growth and subsequent expansion of the company. Finally, it is important to refer to the international level, analyzing cases of high importance, which have generated a global social and cultural impact.
