Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences

Abstract

Abstract:This report, entitled Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences, presents my first teaching practice experiences as part of my professional training. The purpose of this project is applying all knowledge learned at the university and during internships about the use of methods, strategies, activities, and ICT tools to improve the students language skills, and my teaching competence. These practices were carried out in elementary school and high school in two private and bilingual institutions located in Cumbayá and Tumbaco. The implementation of this report required the gathering of information through the observation of thirty classes of experienced teachers during Practicum 1, the analysis of lesson plans, and forty English classes performed in the role of assistant teacher and main teacher during the internships I and II. It is important to highlight that all data collected about these experiences was analyzed to select the most useful information to be taken into account for language teaching. The most important conclusion is that ICT resources of high quality used in private schools are one of the best tools used in the EFL students learning process.
