Systematization of pedagogical experiences

Abstract

Abstract:This research is the systematization of the pedagogical experience whose objective is to analyze, reflect, and interpret two experiences of my pre-professional internship to generate new knowledge and improve teaching practice. The first one was the observation I made to experienced teachers in a private bilingual school with students of primary education; the other one was on my teaching during the practice done with students in a private non-bilingual high school; both experiences were carried out in institutions in the city of Quito. The methods and techniques used in this research include documentary review of different scientific sources as theoretical support; also, the observation and reflexive analysis to interpret the different lived experiences. The used instruments were the descriptive sheets and the detailed reports of the observed and taught classes during the pre-professional internships. One of the most relevant conclusions is that performing this systematization work contributes to acquiring experience specially for a teacher in formation without teaching practice; also, observing and teaching classes and reflecting on them contribute with more experience, knowledge, and confidence for future teaching labor.
