| Abstract: | Abstract:The present Thesis makes an analysis of the Due Process and the Extraordinary Protection Action as Jurisdictional Guarantee in our Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador of 2008 that entered into force a decade ago; However, this Jurisdictional Guarantee has a trajectory in the History of the Constitutions of the World and in Ecuador; therefore in this Thesis we will recognize the evolution of the Right to Due Process in regard to the Extraordinary Protection Action, giving emphasis to the Guaranteed Right of Challenging that dates from the History in the world to our current Magna Carta and Law of Jurisdictional Guarantees. |
| Description: | Resumen: La presente Tesis hace un análisis del Debido Proceso y la Acción Extraordinaria de Protección como Garantía Jurisdiccional en nuestra Constitución de la República del Ecuador del 2008 que entró en vigencia hace ya una década; sin embargo, esta Garantía Jurisdiccional tiene una trayectoria en la Historia de las constituciones del mundo y en Ecuador; por lo tanto en esta Tesis reconoceremos la evolución del Derecho al Debido Proceso en lo que respecta a la Acción Extraordinaria de Protección, dando énfasis al Derecho Garantista de Impugnación que Data desde la Historia en el mundo hasta nuestra actual Carta Magna y Ley de Garantías Jurisdiccionales. |
