Prácticas de Gestión del Conocimiento en el GAD Samborondón Año 2019

Abstract

Abstract:This research was carried out with the participation of the Municipalidad de Samborondón, a decentralized municipality and that has implemented a model where citizens participate in the regulations given to public spaces, information, accountability and other mechanisms that have allowed them to have a good level of civil society. The present case study, had as main objective the diagnosis of knowledge management practices within the GAD (Autonomous Decentralized Government) of Samborondón, whose practice or development of the diagnosis was made within this same canton, in the month of April of the year 2019, in order to obtain relevant information that allows establishing the behavior of the organization regarding each knowledge practice, because its result will highlight its strengths, and identify opportunities for improvement that could be implemented in a short and medium term. It was carried out through the case study research methodology, considering descriptive, qualitative and non-experimental research, starting from a documentary analysis to the presentation of results using descriptive statistics considering summary tables and graphs.
