Abstract

Abstract:The main objective of this research is to analyze the determinants of job satisfaction of teachers at the Private Technical University of Loja in 2018. For the development of the same in addition to the scientific method, the survey technique was used to obtain relevant information, and proceed to develop the econometric process through the Logit model, which will allow obtaining the values ​​of the parameters and the effect of the independent variables on job satisfaction. Concluding with this, the significant variables are: marital status, with negative effects, when the marital status of teachers is married, the probability that they feel satisfied at work decreases by 0.01%; the degree of organization of your department and the relationship with the immediate boss, if these variables increase, the level of teacher satisfaction also increases. For this, the development of a didactic seminar is recommended, to clarify objectives, to know and interact, and to know their abilities, weaknesses and defects, as a constructive criticism.
