Abstract: Currently, companies must maintain an adaptation model in accordance with the new technological trends that arise to satisfy needs and solve problems. The abandonment of this model may mean not meeting business objectives according to the competition therefore an unencouraging future full of dissatisfaction. Information technologies have an imminent boom with the promotion and large-scale expansion of Cloud Computing that is capable of offering robust services at considerably low costs if we take into account that we should not invest in physical elements or maintenance of them. Microsoft as one of the leading companies in technology and its Office 365 service give the opportunity to all types of companies to improve productivity, efficiency and above all to generate value with the deployment of applications that among many of its benefits can keep users united regardless of their geographical location or the technological platform they use through services such as Active Directory Azure and Microsoft Exchange. Services that are indispensable today and do not require any kind of initial investment, a limiting aspect for companies.
