Abstract

Abstract:The project aims to analyze the use and ways of living in the neighborhoods of the city of Loja and is specifically framed in the Sauces Norte neighborhood, to define strategies through scenarios that allow developing intervention guidelines for the production of space, establishing neighborhood relations based on their urban context, with the nearby neighborhoods as much as with the rest of the city. A territorial reading is sought through the analysis of indicators: landscape, agro-productive, ecological, etc., which allow to better delimit the site. The diagnosis is also proposed through urban geography where reference points are established that allow the study of the social dynamics of the neighborhood. All this addressing climate change as a presently irreversible condition that demands immediate action, so that adaptation strategies are proposed that mitigate the negative effects on the city.
