dc.description	Resumen:En este trabajo se establece el estado del arte en el aprovechamiento de la actividad bioeléctrica en células tipo MFC y PMFC. En la etapa de ingeniería básica, a nivel de prefactibilidad, se evalúa el desempeño de células MFC con sustrato seco y sustrato húmedo; y, se prueba el funcionamiento de diferentes materiales para la construcción de electrodos. En la etapa de ingeniería de detalle, se prueba el funcionamiento de células PMFC con tres especies del páramo: duranta, ciprés y eucalipto; y, se experimenta con tres tipos de configuraciones constructivas del sistema de electrodos y diversas profundidades del sustrato.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract:n this work the state of the art is established in the use of bioelectric activity in MFC and PMFC type cells. In the basic engineering stage, at the prefeasibility level, the performance of MFC cells with dry substrate and wet substrate is evaluated; and, the operation of different materials for electrode construction is tested. In the detailed engineering stage, the operation of PMFC cells with three species of the moor is tested: duranta, cypress and eucalyptus; and, it is experimented with three types of constructive configurations of the electrode system and various depths of the substrate.	es_ES
