Abstract

Abstract:The (MIDUVI), entity responsible for promoting social housing projects in the country, one of these housing solutions is rural housing executed in all rural parishes. With an accessible cost for families of the sector, they have been economically viable projects, being modules of typical housing made with the same materials as: cement, iron, brick, fiber cement, comfort conditions for users are not the most appropriate. The objective of this study is to verify the living conditions of the rural housing of MIDUVI, with the aim of creating a proposal for rural social housing in the Rural Parish of Malacatos located south of the Loja Canton, as they are going through for a critical problem, which is the lack of concise, coherent and true information about its management. The proposal of this work is to diagnose the management of regulations and constructive housing obligations that endorse the proper use of materials to achieve the good living of the people who inhabit them, thereby generating improvements in constructive and spatial parameters.
