Evaluación del efecto del uso de probióticos frente a ácidos orgánicos en la industria avícola, como alternativa al uso de antibióticos

Abstract

Abstract: The present investigation evaluated the effect of probiotic and organic acid supplements against the use of antibiotics in different production stages in "Broiler" chickens developed in the 3 HERMANOS poultry farm in Balsas canton, El Oro province; 1800 UE Cobb 500 were used, four treatments were applied: T1. Growth promoting antibiotics (GPA): Enramycin 250gr / TM and Colistin 250gr / TM; T 2. Probiotics: Probiovet 1 kg / MT; T 3. Organic Acid (OA): Citropac 3 kg / MT and T4. Control. Food without growth promoter additive. The results didn t show a significant statistical difference, but there is a numerical difference, the best results presented the T2 (Probiotics) with the best average weight (1452g); weight gain (431 g); food conversion (1.66); efficiency index (EI) with (122.39) but the rating is regular and the best productivity index (PI) with (173.57). The best food consumption T1 treatment with (791.85g); the mortality of the lot was (3.72%), the best profitability was obtained by the T3 treatment with (23.62%). The hypotheses raised and based on the statistical analysis, the alternative hypothesis is rejected and the null hypothesis is accepte.
