Actitudes de los docentes de educación básica media, frente al desarrollo moral de sus estudiantes: análisis comparativo entre la escuela fiscal John F. Kennedy y la escuela católica Santa Mariana de Jesús durante el año lectivo 2019 2020. Una mirada desde la moral fundamental.

Abstract

Abstract:Education immersed in the constant social and cultural changes caused by the growing advance of technology, has been questioned and at the same time challenged to change its form and structure. In view of this reality, my research project refers to the parallelism of the attitude of teachers between the Catholic school and the fiscal school against the moral development of its students; this in order to identify what is the attitude of the teachers in the two different scenarios, from there to look at their predisposition to accompany, guide and collaborate in the human growth of the students. To extract the information, the basic media teachers were chosen and a survey was applied, which was duly tabulated to know the reality. With the results obtained, it was already possible to obtain a clearer vision, where it can be seen that both in the Catholic school and in the fiscal school the teachers are committed to the accompaniment of their students, however it is in the Catholic school where appreciate cognitive, affective and motivational development with more emphasis, despite the fears caused by the digital era.
