| Abstract: | Abstract:In this present work called Systematization of Pedagogical Experiences I will analyze the experience teaching practice as a pre-service teacher during the English training program and how this experience helped me to strengthen my teaching competences in terms of dealing with students, methodology, teaching and so on. These practices were carried out in two different educational institutions in two different towns. One of the important parts of this work is the literary review. This allowed me to make a comparison between the samples taken in each one of my experiences in pre-professional practices with the contribution of many scientists, all this added to the communicative competence showed why is important the systematization. In conclusion to carry out this work it was necessary to plan an itinerary of activities for which my roles were to be an observer, assistant to the teacher and finally the main teacher. In each of them I made an analytical description of the results obtained at the end of each class, which allowed me to develop many teaching skills. |
| Description: | Resumen:En este trabajo actual llamado Sistematización de Experiencias Pedagógicas, analizaré la experiencia de la práctica docente como maestro de pre-servicio durante el programa de capacitación en inglés y cómo esta experiencia me ayudó a fortalecer mis competencias en términos de trato con los estudiantes, metodología, enseñanza, etc. Estas prácticas se llevaron a cabo en dos instituciones educativas diferentes en dos ciudades diferentes. Una de las partes importantes de este trabajo es la revisión literaria. Esto me permitió hacer una comparación entre las muestras tomadas en cada una de mis experiencias en prácticas preprofesionales con la contribución de muchos científicos, todo esto sumado a la competencia comunicativa mostró por qué es importante la sistematización. En conclusión, para llevar a cabo este trabajo, fue necesario planificar un itinerario de actividades para el cual mis roles fueron ser observador, asistente del docente y finalmente el maestro principal. En cada uno de ellos hice una descripción analítica de los resultados obtenidos al final de cada clase, lo que me permitió desarrollar muchas habilidades de enseñanza. |
