Abstract

Abstract: The integral protection of children and adolescents both nationally and internationally constitutes a fundamental duty that the state, society and family must fulfill as co-responsible, so that minors can enjoy integral development, in a dignified manner, however , this protection against the digital age has been increasingly difficult to guarantee due to the little or no knowledge regarding the treatment that should be given to the information of minors, exposing them to possible violations of rights such as privacy , good name, image, dignity, etc., therefore, this research work develops the doctrinal bases, regulations and mechanisms implemented by some Latin American countries for the adequate protection of personal data of children and adolescents for a full development of this Priority attention group.
