Cuidado humanizado de enfermería en pacientes ingresados en el área de gíneco-obstetricia del hospital militar 7BI de la ciudad de Loja desde diciembre 2019-febrero 2020

Abstract

Abstract: The nurses, have like mission from his origins to take care for the individual, the family and the community, with the purpose to increase the levels of health, executing them to the pair with the technological and scientific development, has like aim to determine the link that exists between humanized nursing care and the perception of hospitalized users in the Obstetrics- Gynecology area, applying the prospective transversal descriptive method, using the PHNCB instrument (Perception of humanized nursing care behaviors) 3rd version; Conformed by 3 categories, 32 questions, the information processing was carried out through the SPSS program, the results were evidenced through frequencies and percentages, having like results in the first and second categories similar proportions where 74.3% rate as good human care provided by nursing personnel, in the third category it is evident that 54.3% determined as good, the conclusion of the study reflects that the humanized care offered in the Gineco - Obstetrics, is determined by the susceptibility of the environment making note on some occasions the non-existence of such action.
