| Resumen : | Abstract: Humanized nursing care is a very important issue since it is the basis of a quick and easy recovery of the hospitalized patient. The objective of this research was to evaluate the perception of humanized nursing care by hospitalized patients in the Gyneco-Obstetrics area of the Manuel Ygnacio Monteros IESS Hospital, in the city of Loja, during the period december 2019 - february 2020. The methodology that was used type was quantitative, descriptive, analytical and cross-sectional, in which the humanized nursing care was studied and analyzed by applying the PCHE test to 47 patients. Regarding the results obtained, we have been able to verify that the category of Always globally, there is the most frequent humanized nursing care, corresponding to (55.3%), that is, 26 patients of the total sample have this perception, followed by almost always with (34%) 16 patients, and only 5 patients report that Sometimes there was humanized nursing care (10.6%), and there were no patients who never referred. |
| Descripción : | Resumen: El cuidado humanizado en enfermería es un tema muy importante ya que es la base de una rápida y fácil recuperación del paciente hospitalizado. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general evaluar la percepción del cuidado humanizado de enfermería por pacientes hospitalizadas en el área de Gineco-Obstetricia del Hospital Manuel Ygnacio Monteros IESS, de la ciudad de Loja, durante el período diciembre 2019 febrero 2020. La metodología que se utilizó tipo fue de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo, analítico y transversal, en la que se estudia y analiza el cuidado humanizado de enfermería mediante la aplicación del test PCHE a 47 pacientes. En cuanto a los resultados obtenidos hemos podido constatar que la categoría de Siempre de manera global, existe el cuidado humanizado por enfermería con mayor frecuencia, correspondiendo a un (55,3%) es decir 26 pacientes del total de la muestra tienen esta percepción, seguido de Casi siempre con un (34%) 16 pacientes, y solo 5 pacientes refieren que Algunas veces había el cuidado humanizado por enfermería (10,6%), y no hubo ninguna paciente que refiera Nunca. |
