| dc.description | Resumen: El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo central, analizar el derecho a la Libertad de Expresión como un Derecho Constitucional, y conocer si este derecho se encuentra respetado y garantizado en el Ecuador, y en los tratados y convenios internacionales. La primera parte de la presente investigación se hablará de los medios de comunicación y su relación con la Libertad de expresión y el rol que representan en la sociedad. En segundo punto, se abordará sobre la libertad de expresión y todo lo que engloba esta, para eso se ha acudido a la doctrina jurídica filosófica; y, como tercer punto acudiremos a analizar los diferentes tratados y convenios internacionales donde se encuentra la libertad de expresión, así como la Constitución de la República del Ecuador y la Ley Orgánica de Comunicación. Finalmente, se analizarán diferentes casos que se han suscitado en el Ecuador, para conocer si ha hecho valer el ejercicio de la libertad de expresión. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: The main objective of this research work is to analyze the right to Freedom of Expression as a Constitutional Law, and to know if this right is respected and guaranteed in Ecuador, and in international treaties and conventions. The first part of this research will talk about the media and its relation to freedom of expression and the role they play in society. Secondly, it will deal with freedom of expression and everything that encompasses this, for that we have turned to the philosophical legal doctrine; and, as a third point we will go to analyze the different international treaties and conventions where freedom of expression is found, as well as the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador and the Organic Law of Communication. Finally, we will analyze different cases that have arisen in Ecuador, to know if it has asserted the exercise of freedom of expression. | es_ES |
