Abstract

Abstract:This work seeks to analyze continuous training of the experimental science high school teacher, this study was carried out with a sample of ten teachers from two educational institutions of the Zaruma canton, El Oro province, whose objective was to analyze the main continuing education needs of the teachers currently working in the Unified General Baccalaureate. Therefore, in order to obtain truthful information, in the first place a questionnaire was needed as a research instrument, this questionnaire was delivered to each of the teachers; In addition, the analytical, hermeneutical, inductive, deductive method was used, which allowed comparing the information of each of the surveyed teachers; This information was corroborated and supported by techniques that made it easier to verify and compare the information for subsequent analysis, among the techniques used are: the bibliographic, which allowed the identification of the documentary sources and the field that gave the opportunity to relate the researcher with the object of study. In this project, it was observed that despite the limitations of teachers, they constantly seek training to improve educational quality and praxis.
