| Abstract: | Abstract: The present investigative work titledanalysis of the contributions of the judges of the peace in the province of Loja in the period of november 2019 -august 2020, has as purposeto: Determine if the judges of peace have contributed to the advancement of neighborhood, community or neighborhood conflict resolution; with the study carried out in the four cantons of the province of Loja that have judgesof peace, in order to verify if they have contributed to promoting a culture of peace and if there is a decrease in the workload of judges, taking into account that the justice of peace was implemented to decongest the judicial system, through the application of conciliatory techniques thatresolve conflicts of an individual, neighborhood or community nature. Regarding the study of the regulations, analysis of the Conciliation Acts, Equity Acts, and interviews; it determines which are the most common social conflicts in the communities subject to the justice of peace; and thereby encourage rural communities and parishes to use this method of administration of justice before opting for ordinary justice. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo titulado análisis de las contribuciones de los Jueces de Paz en la provincia de Loja,dentro del periodo comprendido en noviembre 2019 -agosto 2020, tiene como objetivo: Determinar si los juzgados de paz han contribuido al avance de la solución de conflictos barriales, comunitarios o vecinales; con el estudio realizado en cuatro cantones de la provincia de Loja que cuentan con jueces de paz, con el fin de comprobar si han contribuido en fomentar una cultura de paz y si existe una disminución en la carga laboral de los jueces, teniendo en cuentaque la justicia de paz fue implementada para descongestionar el sistema judicial, a través de la aplicación de técnicas conciliatorias que resuelvan conflictos de índole individual, vecinal o comunitario. En lo que refiere al estudio de las normas, análisis de las Actas de Conciliación, Actas en Equidad,y entrevistas; se determina cuálessonlos conflictos sociales máscomunes en lascomunidades sometidas a la justicia de paz; y con ello incentivar alas comunidades y parroquias rurales a utilizar este método de administración de justicia antes de optar por la justicia ordinaria. |
