| Abstract: | Abstract: The purpose of this work is to analyze the adversarial culture or the culture of peace existing in the judicial district of Loja in cases of family law, taking into account that conflicts are undoubtedly inherent to human nature, which in order to solve them those involved resort tovarious mechanisms, either alternative or before the judiciary. Through a qualitative methodology, the results obtained are described, showing that the culture of peace is gaining ground in the conflicts that arise in family law issues, a matter that allows decongesting the judicial burden. |
| Description: | Resumen: El objeto de este trabajo es analizar la cultura adversarial o la cultura de paz existente en el distrito judicial de Loja en los casos de derecho de familia, habida cuenta que los conflictos son sin duda propios de la naturaleza humana, que para solucionarlos los involucrados recurren a varios mecanismos ya sea alternativos o ante el poder judicial. A través de una metodología cualitativa se describen los resultados obtenidos, donde se muestra que la cultura de paz está ganando terreno enlos conflictos que se suscitan en temas de Derecho de familia, asunto que permite descongestionar la carga judicial. |
