Percepción del uso de los corresponsales no bancarios (CNB) en la provincia de Loja, cantón Paltas, año 2019

Abstract

Abstract: The research work is based on the perception as one of the most important factors that influence the use of non-bank correspondents (CNB), since they act as a mechanism that allows the formal financial system to include the population in general and especially Cantons and parishes that are far from physical banking institutions, before the main objective is the evaluation regarding the use of CNBs in the Paltas canton, Loja province.In the development of the work, it can be identified that eight important constructions identified such as the attitude and intention of use, perception of the utility of use, perception of ease, perception of safety, compatibility, subjective norms and perception of the CNB, they have had a significant percentage regarding the acceptance of these, since most of the respondents have a positive perception and that a greater participation of correspondents in the financial market is evident. In addition, the CNB experienced one of the elements of great contribution to financial growth and to the beneficiary and innovator of the daily activities of the inhabitants of Palma.
