Systematization of pedagogycal experiences in the EFL teaching training program

Abstract

Abstract:The present work titled " Systematization of pedagogical experiences in the EFL teaching training program." provides an analysis of the teaching practice experience carried out throughout the different levels of practicums as an observer, assistant teacher, and main teacher in two educational institutions, a rural and an urban one from the province of Imbabura. This work present three main sections: Literature review, method and analysis, reflection and application of experiences along with conclusions and recommendations.The techniques used in this work for the collection and analysis of information were bibliographical research and field research technique through each of the level of the practicum.After this analysis , It is concluded that the educators faced different contexts and realities in the educational field, for which they had to adapt using current methodologies and strategies, taking into account the learning styles of each group of students. This work will help teachers achieve better their teaching practices.
