| Abstract: | Abstract: The presente investigactionwork is an historical compilation of the social interes housing since their being in the 19th Century, the historical context in which it appear, how it expand in the world and latinamerica until it arrives to Ecuador in the middle of the 20th century. Ithas been made a study of the most relevant references throughout the years, till arrives to the case of La Tebaida, a social interes housing proyect developed by the Junta Nacional de Vivienda. The intention is to analice the typology of the initial house, its main transformation and the reasons why this typology changes to finally appear the present model of social interes housing for the city of Loja. |
| Description: | Resumen: El presente trabajo de investigación es una recopilación histórica de la vivienda de interés social desde sus orígenes en el siglo XIX, el contexto histórico en el que surgió, cómo se expandió por el mundo y Latinoamérica hasta llegar a Ecuador a mediados del siglo XX. Se realiza un estudio de los referentes más significativos a lo largo de los años, hasta llegar al caso de La Tebaida, un proyecto de vivienda de interés social desarrollado por la Junta Nacional de Vivienda. Se pretende analizar la tipología de vivienda inicial, sus principales transformaciones y los motivos por las que estos cambios tipológicos surgieron, para finalmente presentar un modelo de vivienda de interés social para la ciudad de Loja. |
