Systematization of pedagogycal experiences in the EFL teaching training program

Abstract

Abstract:This systematization work was carried out with the purpose of analyzing and reflecting on the teaching experiences obtained during the teaching of the English language as part of the EFL teacher training program. To fulfill this purpose, observation and teaching practice were applied as a teacher's assistant and main teacher. The technique used to carry out the systematization work was observation; the class observation cards were implemented as a method of collecting information in the General Basic Education and Senior high school classrooms of a private Educational Institution. While the practical experience as a main teacher was carried out in the public Educational Institution in primary and secondary schools. In the observation phase and in the teaching practices, four aspects were considered. They were planning, linguistic aspects, conduction of learning and methodology. The analysis of the teaching experience focused on 30 classes that allowed improving professional skills by applying the knowledge acquired during training as an educator.
