Acción de Protección: Una alternativa frente a la vulneración de derechos constitucionales en el cantón Loja, año 2019, de su admisibilidad y procedencia.

Abstract

Abstract:The present research work corresponds to an analytical, reflective study and in the praxis of the protection action. This constitutional guarantee considered as the one that is presented to achieve the repair of a violated right in the city of Loja during the year 2019. As the scope and jurisdictional scope in the filing of this constitutional action is broad, we take as a sample the Civil Judicial Unit and Mercantile of the Loja canton, during the referred year. The development of this work will show the efficiency and effectiveness of the constitutional protection action, as well as its scope and achievements obtained through its filing; in such a way that allows us to establish the rights infringed by both individuals; as well as those defendants against public institutions, thus determining the actions that have deserved the attention of the judges by accepting them and those that have not had a favorable result to the claims of their interpellants. With certainty this work will contribute with the presentation of statistics that allow to establish the praxis and substantiation that we have in the locality of this type of jurisdictional scenarios.
