| dc.description | Resumen: El presente trabajo de titulación denominado:Lareserva legal delas Sociedades anónimas del Ecuador enla zona 7,tiene como objetivo analizar laevolución de la reserva legal. La metodología utilizada fue de tipo cuantitativa, se utilizó el método descriptivo y analítico que permitió examinar la evolución, determinarel cumplimiento y la variación de la reserva legal de los diferentes sectores económicos durantelosperiodos2014-2018. La población de estudio fueron novecientas ocho sociedades anónimas de la zona 7 del Ecuador. Entre los principales resultados de la investigación se evidencia quela reserva legal mantiene un crecimiento constante durante el periodo de estudio, tambiénse pudo verificarque la mayoría de las compañías no dan cumplimientoa la normativa legal debido a que en algunos casos retiran la reserva legal y novuelven a determinar, enotros a pesar de tener utilidades mínimas no determinan la reserva en ningún año de estudio, tal es el caso que gran parte de estas sociedades no determinan por lo menos el10% de las utilidades anuales que corresponde hasta alcanzar el 50% de su capital. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: The present title work called: The legal reserve of the Ecuadorian Corporations in zone 7, aims to analyze the evolution of the legal reserve. The methodology used was quantitative, thedescriptive and analytical method was used that allowed us to examine the evolution, determine compliance and the variation of the legal reserve of the different economic sectors during the 2014-2018 periods. The study population was nine hundred and eight public limited companies in zone 7 of Ecuador. Among the main results of the research, it is evident that the legal reserve maintains a constant growth during the study period, it was also possible to verify that most of the companies do not comply with the legal regulations because in some cases they withdraw the legal reserve and they do not determine again, in others despite having minimum profits they do not determine the reserve in any year of study, such is the case that a large part of thesecompanies do not determine at least 10% of the corresponding annual profits until reaching 50% of its capital. | es_ES |
