Abstract: The presentresearchhas as theme: plan development tourism for the area of mangrove of the association of seafood collectors and related October 24of the Bajo Alto community, Tendales parish, El Guabo canton, El Oro province,beganwith thesituational analysis of the association, through the interviewtechnique to the partners to identify their socioeconomic situation, then a diagnosis of the natural and tourist resources of the mangrove ARMA area was carried out based on supply and demand, managing to identify two natural attractions and one cultural attraction to later determine the tourism development plan made up of sevenprojects that propose activities in the short, medium and long term; With the implementation of this plan, we seek to promote responsible tourism that promotes the conservation of the mangrove and therefore there is the participation of the partners that will allow them to diversify their income and improve their quality of life. Finally, the conclusions and recommendationsthat synthesize this research work are presented.
