Abstract

Abstract: The project aims to respond to the effects of climate change present in all cities of the world, the ways of living and the useof land in the 18 de Noviembre neighborhood will be analyzed, as well as urban elements: platforms, front gardens, blocks, parks, etc., to define adaptation strategies through urban design, which allow the development of intervention guidelines for the production of space, establishing neighborhood relationships based on its urban context with the closest neighborhoods and with the rest of the city.It is proposed to carry out a territorial reading through the analysis of indicators: social, natural, spatial and climatological, that allow identifying the problems of the neighborhood, the diagnosis is also proposed through urban geography where reference points are established that allow studying the dynamics neighborhood social.Therefore, it is proposed todevelop an intervention plan in the sector, which responds to an analysis from a macro and micro level, based on theoretical bases, references and similar cases, the purpose of which is to make the 18 de Noviembre neighborhood prepared for the present andfuture effects of climate change, thus improving the quality of life of its inhabitants.
