dc.description	Resumen: El presente trabajo de tesis parte de la falta de planificación urbana en la parroquia rural de Crucita perteneciente al cantón Portoviejo de la provincia Manabí, ubicada en la costa ecuatoriana, este lugar tiene mucha riqueza paisajística pero a la vez algunos problemas que son fácilmente visibles las problemáticas existentes son: falta de accesibilidad, precariedad de los equipamientos existentes, falta de servicios básicos, , falta de áreas verdes y claridad de la trama urbana en el núcleo urbano rural . Para volver a Crucita un centro turístico de primer orden que mejore la calidad de vida de sus habitantes es necesario realizar un proyecto que se delimitara en 2,5 km de los 13 km totales de playa de la que goza la parroquia. El proyecto de Diseño Urbano del Malecón Turístico de Crucita, busca la regeneración urbana de su vía costera, con una propuesta que atienda a los principales factores de desarrollo urbano, llámense estos; estructura territorial respecto a su conformación urbana disfuncional, modelo de crecimiento, potencial turístico y tratamiento del perfil costero.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: The present thesis work startsfrom the lack of urban planning in the rural parish of Crucita belonging to the cantonof Portoviejo from the Manabíprovince. It is located in the ecuadorian coast, thisplace has al lot of landscape wealth; but at the same time thereare some existing problemswhich are: lack of accessibility, precariousness of existing equipment, lack of basic services, lack of green areasand clarity in the urban fabric in the rural urban nucleus. To return Crucita as a resort of first order which improve the quality of the life of its inhabitants, it is necessary to develop a Project that Will be delimited in 2,5 Km of the total 13 Km of the beach that the parish enjoys. The Project of urban designfrom Malecon Turistico de Crucita, seeks urban regeneration of the coastal road, with a proposal that attends to the main factors of urban development, named these as;territorial structure respects to itsdysfunctional urban makeup, growth model, tourism potential and coastalprofile treatment.	es_ES
