Abstract

Abstract:The scope of this investigation addresses the application of Due Process in the analysis of sentences 215-17-SEP-CC, N ° 216-17-SEP-CC, 217-17-SEP-CC, issued by the Constitutional Court, giving to know that this legal figure established as a constitutional guarantee is adequately executed by the administrators of justice. Therefore, a conceptual and doctrinal study of the Extraordinary Protection Action is presented in the first instance, to immediately investigate the due process. It is vitally important to carry out a thorough analysis of the rights proposed as violated in the study processes and their way of proceeding through the signing technique. Regarding resources, it is worth mentioning that we have human and technical resources themselves that will make this investigation a future source of information for those who do not have knowledge about the execution of due process in the extraordinary protection action. To finish this work based on the conceptual and doctrinal analysis of the Protection Action and Due Process, we focus on schedules and budgets that will allow development according to the stipulated time.
