Abstract: For a society the conservation of its values is important since by tradition they have passed through generations forming their own identity, likewise, this identity is reflected in the buildings that arose in that society, and that must be protected.In this research work, the objective is the cataloging and conservation actions of its architectural heritage and the identity of the Estancia Punzará house, therefore the history of the property, the analysis of its construction technique, its typology, the organization of its spaces, such as the originality of its materials, among other things, include the cataloging process, where highlighting relevant aspects of the building help to identify the heritage values and those that were lost in the 2015 intervention.After mentioning these aspects and the recommendations of international and national entities that keep the heritage, actions are programmed taking into account the new use of the homestay with the aim of transmitting the identity of the building and the activities that were carried out in the Ranch.
