Prevención de riesgos laborales mediante el uso de la metodología del Instituto de Seguridad e Higiene en el Trabajo (INSHT) en la empresa Lactofino

Abstract: In this project the hazards were identified, the risks were estimated and the assessment of each risk of the company "Lactofino" was carried out. These data served to generate a minimum risk prevention plan for each job.The Spanish INSHT methodology was used, which is accepted and approved by national legislation.The identification of the hazards was carried out by means of three questions that helped to recognize the hazards that affect the workers of the company, 23 identifying hazards were found. For the estimation, the table of the probability levels by the consequence levels was used and finally it was assessed whether or not they are tolerable, it was evidenced that the most predominant dangers are the tolerable ones, followed by the moderate ones and finally the important ones (55 , 21 and 9 respectively), no trivial or intolerable hazards were found, with the results of moderate and significant hazards the minimum prevention plan was drawn up, denoting that ergonomic hazards with 32% are those that most affect workers.
