Abstract: This research will delve into the importance of continuing teacher training and how it affects teaching both positively and negatively. This study was carried out on 10 teachers (5 men and 5 women). The study was undertaken with the objective of analyzing the main continuous instruction needs of the pedagogues who currently work at BGU.The technique used for data collection was the survey and the results obtained show several training needs, among the most Relevant are: the fourth level training, the lack of motivation on the part of their leaders and authorities to attend the refresher courses, the lack of time, their high costs and the updating of the courses offered by the Ministry of Education. Education. To solve the problems found in this investigative work, it is exposed to give labor flexibility so that they obtain the fourth level title and at the same time make it easier for them to attend refresher courses to improve teaching practice.
