Estudio de las sentencias sobre la acción extraordinaria de protección en el Ecuador

Abstract

Abstract:The present Project of the Law Carrer, entitled Study of the judgments on the extraordinary action of protection in Ecuador , the same one that is framed within the scope of the Constitutional Procedural Law, subject of importance within the training process.In the Republic Constitution of 2008, the extraordinary protection action is enshrined as a jurisdictional guarantee, the same that has as its objective the defense of constitutional rights as in circumstances in which a resolution, order or final judgment, issued by a judge of the Judicial Function, by action and omission has violated.This degree work is developed based on the puzzle project, that is, through macro or integrative projects that include bibliographic reviews, reading and integration of information, elaboration of relevant information, writing, presentation and approval. Constitutional conflicts and their forms of solution are analyzed, as well as the various models of constitutionality control, focusing on the consideration of the constitutional courts, their integration, their powers and their procedures.
