Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this final degree project is to carry out an analysis of the Eugenio Espejo Community Surveillance Unit for its respective energy qualification and certification, using the CERMA and CE3X tools. This building has an annual energy consumption of 243,483.97 kWh, because its facilities are for administrative use (offices), belonging to security equipment. However, the behavior of the building is evaluated with an estimated 120 people, who fulfill various functions, it is thus, that there are different electronic equipment that consume a large amount of energy. On the other hand, all the components of the thermal envelope that make up the building have been analyzed, managing to improve this problem with Improvement Opportunities (OPM). The results raised by the tools (CERMA and CE3X) are focused on the implementation of passive construction systems, active systems, among others. Achieving the implementation of energy management systems, allowing a 70% reduction in annual energy consumption with a recovery of economic resources in approximately a year and a half.
