Abstract

Abstract:This work presents the results of the analysis of the energy qualification and certification for the Loja Centro building of the National Telecommunications Corporation CNT EP, through the development of an energy audit, which will allow the presentation of improvement proposals in order to contribute to the reduction of the energy consumption of the same, a process carried out by using the official computer programs for qualification and energy certification of buildings such as: CERMA and CE3X; simulators that allow to determine the shortcomings in energy efficiency and propose possible improvements, delivering at the end a rating expressed in the energy label where the building is located in a category that starts from the most efficient letter A to the least efficient letter G, In the same way, we proceed to the energy certification by delivering a detailed report where we will observe the energy demands, CO2 emissions, and the global consumption of non-renewable primary energy; consumption indicators that allow us to understand the energy consumption of the building and its possible improvements.
